Find out more about our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy here. 60-Day Functional Warranty In addition to our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, your product is covered against hardware functionality problems for 30 days from date of purchase. This means: We guarantee that the product(s) that you purchase from Arrow-Direct will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 60-day functional warranty period. Arrow-Direct will repair or replace any defective component or the entire product as needed during this time. This warranty does not apply to software issues of any kind. If you experience functional problems with your hardware during this warranty period, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will first try to remedy the situation; in many cases, a simple solution can be found. If we determine that warranty service is required, we will issue an RMA number. Shipments received by Arrow Direct without an RMA number will be refused. Conditions All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All warranty exchange replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available, Arrow-Direct will offer a substitute product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 business days. If none of these options are available, Arrow-Direct will issue a refund based upon the value of the returned product(s). Warranty Exclusions This Limited Warranty does not extend to: (a) Any product from which the serial number has been removed or altered; (b) Cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear; (c) Software issues; (d) Damage or non-functionality that results from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes; (e) Damage or non-functionality due to modifications or service by anyone other than (i) Arrow-Direct, (ii) an Arrow-Direct authorized service provider, or (iii) your own installation of end-user replaceable parts.
